What helps with hair loss?

I’ve had problems with hair loss since menopause and onward, the only treatment I’ve ever used is biotin..it slows down the fallout and a little improvement with regrowth. I’ve always wanted to try something better but when my doctor said that the treatments available affected the heart I never had the nerve to go further. I had Long Covid and it caused my heart to beat too fast, it was very frightening so the last thing I wanted to do was use something known for affecting the heart. I decided to take good care of my hair, find a really good stylist that can work with my hair to bring out the best for me, I just can’t let my vanity take control and cause further health problems. I am interested in looking into rosemary oil to see if there are any hidden issues.

I think all meds have potential side effects. That’s why I started out with a tiny dose to see how I react to it. The dose for hair loss is quite small compared to the dose one would tale for blood pressure. But, everyone should do what they feel comfortable with.

Taking biotin will affect any tests you take. It says this on the bottom of the bottle in small print.
