On your kegel exercises how many times a day do you do them? How many reps and how many sets? Thanks.

The Physical Therapist had me doing 6 sets for a total of 60 kegels. I do them in the morning and just space them out a bit. Look up Michelle Kenway on YouTube. She thoroughly explains how to do them and how many to do daily. My PT showed me the link.
