Does anyone have advice how to get over candida?
I have been suffering for over seven year and told by doctors I had acid reflux. It is worse in my esophagus and I feel all their slimy biofilm in my throat. I have low energy and still brain fog. First I had SIBO and a gastro dr gave me an endoscopy, colonoscopy, ct scan, swallowed a camera and many other tests telling me he couldn't find a thing wrong with me being down to 70 lbs. It was SIBO and got leaky gut, and took antibiotic, Next was candida! Thanks for any help! Osborn

It's common to see candida after taking antibiotics. Next time you take antibiotics, take also a probiotic. There are various anti-fungal creams against candida. Ask your doctor (because it depends where it shows up as to best way to treat, and for how long).
My doctor doesn't know anything about candida. The doctor I got at Cleaveland Clinic didn't either. I did buy a skin cream with miconazole 2% that helps the skin tags some. It is what is in my esophagus that is so bad.I have taken a lot of fluconazole up to 200 mg. I need more feedback and appreciate your advice.
If you had a candida treatment previously it can be resistant to Fluconazole. Get a sensitivity test. Mine is resistant to almost all the antifungals except nystatin.
Is the Nystatin in a cream to spread on your skin? I took it by mouth for
candida, rinsing around in my mouth and gurgling down my throat with a
swallow. Gave me a bad stomach ache and felt quite sick from it.
Having trouble getting tested. They say test, don't guess. But these traditional doctors are horrible and they are of pretty much no help at all. It's like I'm 99 percent sure I have candida overgrowth but no one is willing to test me even though I have all the symptoms. Unfortunately I can't afford to go to anyone other than the traditional docs.
Please keep in mind that Nystatin is not absorbed from gastrointestinal tract when orally administered. In Dentistry for example, the topical use of nystatin is considered the most common route of administration

Plus with prolong uncontrol use its gonna become resistant to Nystatin as well.
Candida is a pathogen that grows and flourish while there are no other good bacteria around. It took me a year with 30 courses of probiotics, home made yogurts, sauerkraut and sourdough to change that balance from the bad bacteria to the good bacteria. I also had Ozon therapy as Oxygen inhibits C. albicans formation

When I was diagnosed over 25 years ago,I had so many symptoms but traditional drs could not figure it out. I had all kinds of tests even exploratory surgery but everything was normal. Finally last resort,I went to a homeopathic doctor. She saved my life.I had a stool test and was diagnosed. It took 2 years of a special diet, probiotics and other supplements to finally get back to feeling like me. I have to always watch my sugar and carb consumption and still take probiotics.Knowledge is power. I read so many books and studies on candida overgrowth. Best of luck. 💪🤸♂️💕
There are special lozenges for thrush or candida in the mouth and throat. It's an RX.
If you are female, get THE KILLER boric acid suppositories, and applicators. You can get both on Amazon.
That works the best for me, it's natural, and it's cheaper than otc anti candida meds
Thank you. Homeopathic doctor. I'll keep that in mind. Currently, I have 5 books in my possession to read. Best of luck to you as well.
