How do you prepare for a bath. How long after you eat and what do you eat at that meal. Do you eat marshmallows to slow the flow?
I have an ileostomy and I always seem to have some thin liquid draining.

I have a colonoscopy I sometimes take a bath in the morning before coffee or breakfast Sometimes I take it later in day before I eat dinner. I am very careful what I eat unless Im prepared for the aftermath I can no longer eat vegetables like broccoli califlower and things I love I cant eat lentils and beans which I also love. If I do have a small serving every now and then I take beano I take a gasx every day and align I never eat marshmellows They do make stoma caps to bathe with but I never have tried them If u really want a bath to soak away aches and pains or to just relax you can leave pouch on and change it after I do that when i use a pool or go to beach
