It's an anticholinergic, which is generally discouraged for use with bronchiectasis because it dries up the mucus that we work to expel. Is the steroid inhaler not controlling your asthma alone?

I was given it at the same time so I really don’t know if the puffer alone will help. I am going to experiment though and stop yupelri and see especially that I think it makes me very constipated. Thank you for your response scoop. I knew it dries me but I had problems breathing and tight chest. I am also anxious using steroid inhaler because of Mac- it’s a no win situation but the truth is now I breath much easier.
