Rogaine is so messy. How do you apply and do you leave on overnight? My md. just prescribed oral Minoxidil 2.5mg and I take half to start. Know antthing about it?

I was prescribed oral Minoxidil as a drug for high blood pressure. I grew hair on my face inless than a month! Discontinued it immediately.
