How long have you been feeling like this now that you are not taking anything? I had taken at statin for decades when my primary care doctor finally took me serious and that was because my blood work indicated something was wrong. I am totally not a medical professional and certainly do not want to project my situation onto yours, but…..maybe something else is going on with you worth getting to the bottom of. I was off statins for a time and my symptoms did not go away. In fact, my health tanked. Like you, my faith drives what I do. I knew how I was being treated was not working and it consistently provides me strength to keep pushing. Boy, am I glad I have. I am actually back on statins and I am learning they are not my problem. I found doctors that listen to me and treat me with respect. It’s been rough but so worth it. Hoping you find the same. 🙂

I’m curious as to what condition was causing your issues if not statins. It’s been 8 months and I still get some strange aches in knees and back, but MUCH less than when on statins. I’m 66 and am very active dancing, playing a small bass drum (17 pounds strapped to my back), and have young grandkids, teach a 2 yr old class on Sunday. I still have not started Repatha. I have to see an ENT to evaluate my sinus issue.
