@alli4 i actually started with the ringing/buzzing in my left ear around 1998 I had an airline blow apart blowing straight air into my ear , it blew my glasses across the floor and cut a small place on my ear . I went to the Emergency room and was told everything was fine . About 5 years ago I went to a factory job working 4 pm to 4am I bought a Bluetooth sleep mask I could play music in to drown out the noises in my ear and noises from the family since I was trying to sleep until about 1 pm, it helped . The hearing aids might be uncomfortable to sleep with but I still might try them one night

Hi, we all have issues don’t we?- I just started buzzing that I’m aware of October 8, 2024- There is no answer each Individual, As every other situation has to find their own remedy-

I need no noise at all white blue green purple I need silence, And now, as you know, we don’t get that-

However, slowly, I am learning to adjust to the buzzing and getting rest- I’m not saying it’s not annoying Etc.- what is annoying doctors And audiologist saying oh hearing aids will help well they don’t help sleep- And nobody will admit that-
So good luck take care and I’ll just keep researching someday the medical world will find an answer🧐
