Suspected SVT diagnosis, seeking advice

I second this comment. I’m a runner and on easy runs my HR is 145-150. If I am running a race it’ll go up to around 175. If it’s a long race like a half marathon the last mile I will get up to 186, which is a combination of my heart getting tired and that final hard push for the finish line.

The last six months I have started getting SVTs which spike between 200 and 220 while I am running, so then I will slow to easy runs, and if it is still spiking high like that, I will switch to walking, then the spikes drop to 140-150, which I know are not a big deal.

Hopefully that adds a little more perspective.

That's your ventricular rate. If this person is actually fibrillating, the atrial firing rate could be up to three times higher. Not good.
