pfscheyer, it won't happen overnight, but the HU (Hydra) will reduce those awful symptoms as it brings down your platelet count.

Thanks for the encouragement. I just had back surgery 6 weeks ago and before that horrible sciatica pain. I'm just a little tired of not feeling well. So thanks so much!
