Sorry to hear your news. When did it start. Did you start any new meds, changed your diet.
Take a good look at what is going on in your life.
For me I have to be careful for meds and foods that might contain milk or eggs. I get real sick if I take something with these two foods.
Keep a log of what you are eating and taking.

Over 30 years ago.
Yes, we tried a few but I got sick on them. So my doctor helped me find a pain meds that work for me.
As I said you need to know your body. Do a diary of intake and activity. Also rest when it tells you to rest.
