Been there done that including the shot .. 2023 had a Rigicon malleable penile implant put in, best move i ever made. Don't wait to do something Medicare pays for almost all of it. The older you get your penis shrinks and the more you don't have erections the more size you will lose if you decide to get a penile implant. Happy to share all I know about implants or go to a site called Franktalk.com ..the whole site is about men ..ed. ..treatments etc ..

@arctic22 I'm 72, had HoLep done 2 years ago, took about a year for good erections to stabilize, and was off BP meds. My doctor put me back on BP med about 7 months ago, but even then could get sustaining erections...until recently! I'm now struggling with KEEPING an erection, which is very frustrating for me - my wife is a real trooper throughout this whole ordeal! I'm now wondering if it's the BP meds or something else. I'm in excellent health and active! The desire is strongly there, but even with taking Cialis 20mg for many years, it doesn't seem to be helping much. I mean, I can get a good erection while standing up, holding my wife and her responses are very stimulating. But when I go to enter her, I lose the erection right away - even using a gel!

I've seen a lot of implants but they just seem awfully awkward, with the pump being the one my urologist suggested, but I'm not keen at having to "air up" my penis before sex! Seems very mechanical.

I will look into the Franktalk site but would like some continued information about this subject.
