How about a laugh, (hopefully)

I believe laughter is the best medicine. Laughter has actually been scientifically proven to help people with depression issues.
Let’s give it a try so we can all get happy and feel better. Many Epilepsy forums I’ve been on had joke sections. I was probably the biggest joke of all since I didn’t get a lot of the jokes. They said the jokes couldn’t be above 4th grade level for me to understand them so my jokes may be rather simplistic but let’s give it a try.

Wow, Jake...eating from the five major food groups. Now that's what I call a balanced meal! I'll bring the Pringles for an appetizer. Yummy! 🤣

Go ahead, fortunately, I have selective hearing and a vocabulary where those words aren't allowed.

Yes I did have baby octopus..not too bad…I have had better….my dessert is always chocolate unless there is cheese cake in the vicinity . So hard to find a decent restaurant that knows how to prepare octopus..sad.

Eat what you love. If it’s not the best nutrition wise…just don’t have too often or too much. Life is too short not to eat good food and drink good wine.
