Jsolem, what symptoms are you experiencing? I am 77 and it was recommended to me to go live life as long as you can. I am wondering where I am in this journey. I have three aneurysms, the largest is 6.3 it is an ascending thoracic aneurysm, the descending one is 5.5 and the abdominal one is only 3.6. I am experiencing chronic coughing, chest pain, swallowing issue, and stomachache. And back pain between my shoulder blades. I wonder if anyone else has any of these issues.

Symptoms sound lung infection related.
Let them check you for aspiration pneumonia which is possible because of swallowing issues...
Just a layman's opinion.
