I agree. I tried the Trimix, but finally got an implant and it is great. Both my wife and I love it. It is expensive, but if you get a doctor's recommendztion, it can be covered by health insurance. Good luck.

@dragonfly25 now that it is almost a year after your IPP implant are you stilll happy with it? I will probably get one this year. Been using Trimix for @2 1/2 years now and believe ipp is a mote convenient and less painful way to go.
