Just had one attack after very bad indigestion caused by eating siurdough bread that had gluten and yeast. Knowing that Iam gluten sensitive or have celiac for sure one is true. After gluten free diet for a long time I was ok, then decided to test myself if I can tolerate it now, next day got sick to my stomach, forced myself started vomitting. Few hours later my heart started raiscing very fast to the point i felt about to pass out. That's wen I used a method I know to stop tge attack and bring the palps it back to normal by bending on my knees forward, holding my breath and tightening up my belly ( six packs area). Just not panicking and try relaxing totally. Thats how I got it to calm down. That position that Muslims use when prostating in Prayer and putting their forhead on the floor, thats the one for me that stops the afib and saves me emergency visits to the ER like i used too. I used it today evenghiugh the attack was severe, thank God that method stopped it ( just dont panick, remove shoes, etc.. and be in a place where it's quiet. If you are gluten sensitive, intolerant, celiac go for gluten diet and reduce or stop coffee drinking. That my 2 cents. Hope this helps
