Hi @penn, I'm sorry you are having to deal so much pain everyday. I'm not sure if you have seen the Sjogren's Foundation but they have a lot of information that you may want to look at to see if it might provide some suggestions to help manage the symptoms.

Thank You Again JOHN, I APPRECIATE ALL YOUR HELP!!!
I think I might be in your same boat, but I can't even get a diagnosis of Sjogren's yet. I have had a few positive ANA's with a high low speckled pattern of 1.80
I did have a slightly abnormal EMG which showed the possibility of Autoimmune, Small Fiber Neuropathy and several other diseases. Of Course the Neurologists don't look into anything so I have been doing so much research on my own. Do you have trouble walking and a weak torso especially pelvis and Diaphram? I also have weak hands, fingers, wrists, ankles, toes and feet. I have pain everywhere and inflamed big upper arms and legs and extreme lower back pain. I also have the extremely dry eyes, mouth, sinuses, skin, hair and trouble swallowing. Do you happen to have NeuroSjogrens? I think this was possibility brought on by covid for me. I also am insulin resistant now, but not diabetes. So I guess a metabolic disease is involved too. I was an athlete before all of this came on. I have had thyroid disease for a long time with no major issues.
