You could google "red light therapy" and you'll get pages of information. There's many YouTube videos, podcasts, etc., talking about it. After that go to PubMed, NIH and other reliable sources (Like Mayo Clinic) and read the studies. Besides red light therapy/photobiomodulation also look at Shockwave (it's same as Soundwave) therapy. Both modalities are meant to bring heightened circulation and, therefore, enhanced healing. (I'm not an MD. Just a T1 diabetic always looking for answers).
