In short, the issue at hand is risk/benefit. For example, daily aspirin may increase the risk of a bleeding stroke [hemorrhagic stroke] and the risk of stomach ulcer and gastrointestinal bleeding. And you might find useful data via link below:

Thank you. That was a great read with reasonable recommendations. Aspirin was all we used before acetaminophen.
Women were not considered candidates for bleeding disorders so many of us experienced constant anemia. Each decade brings a strange new world...
