Hi. My greatest wishes!
I am a 64 year old male in moderate shape. Just diagnosed with stage 2 with no current spread to organs but possibly 2 local lymph nodes . I have 3 kids. 7 grand kids but for unknown reasons they ghosted me a few years ago. So I have zero family support or help and little purpose in life. I am concidering no surgery and plan on death with Dignaty. Any ones thoughts? Is it worth going through chemo. Surgery and questionable quality of life with no purpose?

It seems like you might have a good chance of recovery? I’m new at this though; other people will know better than me.
