What is the best supplement to take for feet neuropathy?

I have tried adding Vitamin K2 and B-complex but have not noticed any difference after 2months.

do vitamins work? Dr. suggested. EB-N3 very expensive. Must be another supplement or something else. I exercise 6 times a week for 40 minutes, just using my legs and feet. Also am trying lidocaine pain relief cream.

About this nasty PN. It's almost like saying to a person who complains about a neighbor...and you reply, "oh, I have a neighbor too" Ha, it's like, ah, there is something in common, but just what...be more specific!
There are many ways that this nasty PN enters our lives and causes harm. Vitamin help for PN never worked for ME...but we all respond in so many different ways. Get all opinions, from there it is personal trial and error!! All different. Best advice is to ask everyone you can. Try all kinds of stuff. Hopefully, something YOU try for relief works for YOU! Best wishes on your journey! PN is a tough one!

I wasted my time seeing a podiatrist like you did, he told me there wasn't anything they could do, and to see a neurologist to possibly determine the cause. After every test there is that's available, no cause could be determined, so I've been diagnosed with idiopathic poly neuropathy. Great.

I saw a podiatrist too - his response was “I don’t know what it is” and he left the room

In reply to @intiguyct. No worries. I have had this nasty PN since the late 80's. I just keep trying! A tiny change would be quite welcomed, or should I say, "tiny difference?" No false hope taken! No big expectation.
I responded because, for whatever reason, my pain has increased a little bit lately. If I try something, just a tiny bit of trial and error, it might be worth the try!
It is quite impressive that you want to make sure you did not exceed my expectation with your personal shared results. I have gone down many paths hoping for a Hint of Help, and still do. Best Wishes!

Since I’m never sure what is really working because I do so many potential PN “cures”, let me share that my night pains in both feet seemed to start after 2-3 hours in bed. Since I’ve put a rolled blanket 1.5”under my feet to keep my heels off the bed, that pain has gone away completely. This was before ALA increases so I believe it works. I know others that did the same successfully. Hope it helps you.
PS: FYI…I apparently have an idiopathic, non-diabetic PN which equals “No Cure Yet” but Hope does still spring …
