My doctor is a NJ endocrinologist. Yes, I am on 180mg of Diltiazem which does control my irregular heart beats. My endocrinologist will not put me on meds because T3&4 and have all gone back to normal. Mt TPO blood test was extremely high and out of normal range. Other symptoms besides the bad tremors are my eye now need drops to take the scratchy feeling away. Do you agree with no meds for myself?

I am not a medical doctor and have no knowledge of your medical history, so can't comment on your meds. However, if your other symptoms are causing you problems then consider checking with another doctor in case something other than or in addition to hyperthyroidism is involved. I imagine he/she considered Hashimoto's, but that is commonly hypo rather than hyperthyroidism. Gel eye drops help some with eye dryness, preferable with minimal preservatives. https://medlineplus.gov/druginfo/meds/a684027.html https://dryeyeandme.co.uk/eye-drops-vs-eye-gel-for-dry-eyes/#:~:text=What's%20the%20difference%20between%20regular,option%20for%20severe%20Dry%20Eye.
