Hi @mbi, I was able to find the above cardiac surgeon on the Mayo Clinic site who practices in Arizona, and lists septal myectomy as an area of focus among many others.
I have always been led to believe that Mayo Rochester is the COE (Center of Excellence) for septal myectomies.
Have you had contact with Mayo Arizona? Is this where you have been referred?

Thank you for responding.
I went to Mayo Phoenix for my tests and the Dr I saw at Mayo Phoenix recommended that I go to Mayo in Minnesota. I have my final follow up appointment on Tuesday. When I had my angiogram Jan 17th, the Dr asked me why I would go to Minnesota when they had a HCM department in Phoenix.
