Being unable to get an erection is quite common. You can use drugs like Cialis or Viagra, If those don’t work, you can get a penis pump, which can get the length, but not The rigidity.

Injections like bimix or Trimix can get what you want. Problem is that the drugs reduce the libido so there’s not much interest in having sex.

Craving sugar is Not common, but craving food is a problem for some people on ADT. Sugar feeds the cancer so you don’t want to eat too much of it.

I'm sorry to hear that.

Sexual dysfunction happens at some point to most of us receiving prostate cancer treatments (if that's his situation). Some recover without help and some need assistance from medications and/or assistive devices.

In the meantime, it might help to be open to physical intimacy that doesn't place certain requirements on him. There are many different ways for two partners to share physical pleasure.

Hi--can you fill us in on what is happening? Is your husband in cancer treatment? If you don't mind adding background here, even if already explained in a different post, I think you'll get more specific thoughts.

Hi,
I crave sugar these days also. It's because the sugar they are using in many items and even the sugar itself isn't the normal good sugar we are used to. It's that cane sugar that is less sweet than what God made. I don't think it even comes from sugar cane although the name implies that. It doesn't taste like it. Marshmallows don't even taste sweet anymore!

Sugar is not bad for you. It's natural. Everything should be eaten or drank in moderation. But our bodies need sugar or God wouldn't have made it.

Sugar craving can also be a sign of diabetes. The "3 P's" of diabetes are polyuria (frequent urination), polydipsia (excessive thirst), and polyphagia (extreme hunger). I don't know if that is going on but its something you might want to look into. It can also cause low sex drive and ED. Might also look into daily low dose 5mg Cialis it is available as a generic drug called tadalafil and you can get a 90 day supply for about $20.
Just my 2 cents. I hope for the best

Yes he is in treatment bladder cancer. Had two rejections. 8 BCG treatment. I know it's bothering him. Because he is talking about it more.

No diabetes. We are practicing intimacy. I was curious if it is a side effect of the med? I feel his penis has been traumatize with all the procedure and cather from surgery.
