I crave sugar these days also. It's because the sugar they are using in many items and even the sugar itself isn't the normal good sugar we are used to. It's that cane sugar that is less sweet than what God made. I don't think it even comes from sugar cane although the name implies that. It doesn't taste like it. Marshmallows don't even taste sweet anymore!

Sugar is not bad for you. It's natural. Everything should be eaten or drank in moderation. But our bodies need sugar or God wouldn't have made it.

Sugar craving can also be a sign of diabetes. The "3 P's" of diabetes are polyuria (frequent urination), polydipsia (excessive thirst), and polyphagia (extreme hunger).
