Liz. Chronic pain osteoarthritis everywhere, some spinal injuries, Walker, constant pain, I have avoided opioids for 21 years due to malpractice use by Healthpartners, now avoid steroids due to side effects, feeling at the end of the road, trying to remember joy

I know how hard life has become. Try to take one day at a time because it's too easy to become overwhelmed. Sending a hug because I understand and I care.
