Not a problem! Sorry I wasn’t more clear. I meant any types of things that you can do to improve your overall health. I think drinking more water like you are doing now is a good thing for your health. I’m lucky to have a primary care doctor who always provides some good suggestions when I’m having trouble with something.

I wish I had a good primary care doctor. 🙁 I have taken some steps on my own towards improving my health though. I was a 1-2 pack a day smoker for 40 years so all though vaping isn't great, it's the lesser of two evils. I quit drinking alcohol. I have high blood pressure so I've reduced fast food and processed food by a great amount. I always joke that high blood pressure made me a better cook. LOL I have lost weight many times, but sadly, I always gain it back. Exercise is a tough one because I have many physical problems in my knees and back, but I do a couple of exercises for core strengthening. And my newest step towards better health, you already know, is replacing coke zero with water.

I just want to say that I appreciate your responses a lot. Time is a valuable commodity and the fact that you're sharing your time with me means a lot.
