This sounds like exactly like what I have been dealing with for several years. I’ve also seen multiple ENT’s, allergists, and pulmonologists. I’ve had sinus surgery with zero results. Doctors in my area will not prescribe Tramadol, they think it’s addictive. Nothing has helped and I’ve given up
