Does drinking more water cause more dreams?

Hello @djalboe, Welcome to Connect. I also drink a lot of water and a few cups of coffee in the morning. I do often have dreams but I've had them most of my life even as a kid which is long before starting with the coffee. I did drink a lot of water when I was younger, probably more than I do now. You mentioned vaping 3mg nicotine juice. I'm not a doctor and have no medical background but I've read that vaping can affect your sleep. Here's an article on the topic:

Have you thought about trying to make any lifestyle changes that might help or discussed it with your doctor?

Hi, thank you for your response. I have not looked at the links yet because I just now read your response, but I am going to check them out. I just wanted to clarify what you meant by making lifestyle changes. When I read that I assumed it was about being obese and inactive, but you know what they say about assuming. LOL I am happy to discuss even if that is what it's about, I just didn't want to respond to a question unasked. 🙂
