After cardioversion after ablation, then after another cardioversion, my heart rate is still 100 sometimes over just to do nothing. It’s like really high. I don’t understand what helps this stuff.

Same thing happened to me. Following the ablation I felt fine but the HR remained consistently in the mid/high 90’s bpm. Had a Cardioversion and that brought it back down but it only lasted a week. So I requested another ablation. The EP who performed it said it was a much easier procedure because when it was just a rapid rate issue they knew where to focus on where it was coming from. That procedure went a lot quicker. I’ve been fine since. Hope this helps.
