I am on Entresto and Carvedilol. Had extreme fatigue until carvedilol was reduced to 6.25mg.

Jerry,
How long were you on carvedilol with the fatigue?

When I was put on it with Entresto fatique was surely there. Contacted my Mayo cardiologist about it and was told hang in there it takes the body some time to adapt to it.

He was correct in a couple of weeks it did subside and then several more weeks and was back to normal. I don't think I could stayed on it if the fatique had not subsided as I kind of felt like I had the flu body aches without the congestion.
