I take biotin, it helps some, but hair is still shedding, my Dermatologist recommended Nutrafol, I tried it and gave me diarrhea really bad, also is expensive. stopped taking it because of diarrhea.

@darleneporter, thank you for this post. I had been thinking about ordering some of this, but think now I should ask my doctor based on your experience. It is really maddening to have hair shedding everywhere. With all good wishes, @joybringer1
