Yes, I have Fibromyalgia and Lupus. I take a combination of CBD and THC products for sleep and pain. There are different % of these products, you have to experiment to find what is right for you. I do not like to smoke so I prefer eating a 5-10mg gummy or cookie. Some do more or less throughout the day or night. Everyone is different.
I also take Vit D, Calcium, Tumeric, and drink green and Motcha teas.
