I'm also on Entresto, before i was on enalapril. I'm taking 24/26 dose. Seems to work for me. Have they ever upped your dose over the years?

Yes on question about Entresto: I am now on 97-103 mg dosage twice a day. I am also on Carvedilol 25 mg twice a day.

I was also on Enalapril prior to becoming a patient at Mayo Jacksonville in 2006. I have been seeing a heart failure specialist and a electrophysicologist specialist since then who changed me to Carvedilol from the enalapril and also put me on Entresto.
