Yeah and it seems to have gotten worse, lately. I think maybe it's because I have been much less active this past year so I am going to try daily walks again to see if that helps. I feel like every symptom of fibromyalgia has been getting worse as I age, even though I have been told fibromyalgia doesn't get worse. It's very hard to stay active when the pain can be so bad but I think it might be the only thing that helps. It's so frustrating!

Hi everyone I feel like you're all speaking to me when I walked my dog a lot. My fibro was better. I would still have a flare up, but not this bad. A pain on a consistent basis. My dog passed in April and it's really hard to make myself walk when I hurt and it's hard to get out in this horrible cold winter. So I'm noticing more pain. I really believe the gentle exercise helps a lot.
