I have an appointment with MAYO clinic in April. Cancer was found in my prostate (Gleason 3+4) after a HOLEP operation which I had because I could not urinate after a hernia operation. I had an MRI in December with the following result: PI-RADS category 4 suspicious mass, right posterior lateral basilar peripheral zone.
I will have a biopsy in March. Rather than radiation, I would like to have HIFU with Mayo in Phoenix. If you go that route, please send me the details to help me plan my treatment.
