I was on low dose Naltrexone and didn't find any relief from my symptoms. However that doesn't mean it won't work for you. I have had Fibromyalgia for 26 years along with Chronic Fatigue and Cossacki B enterovirus and I have been on 600 mg. of Gabapentin since my diagnosis. I would love to get off the Gabapentin but I am afraid the Fibromyalgia will come back with a vengeance. I also tried Lyrica and one of the other med's for Fibromyalgia and they didn't help with my pain.
