I’m sorry for your situation. I have a lot in common with you and unfortunately it can take a lot to diagnose. My situation is still similar and I have only been validated on three major issues. Some things I may never know. A lot of the time, Traditional Drs only look for what is in their skill set and too much of the time, they are not taking a holistic approach. With our health-care system, they barely even look at your background, even if you provide extensive information. I am trying to work with functional medicine doctors that are DOs or MDs as well. I know how much it sucks to be ill and micro manage and be pre-active with your health. I at least know that I have chronic pain from wearing a back brace that prevented me from becoming a hunchback. It took 25 years before a physical therapist figured that out. I also have always had Chronic Fatigue. I was getting by and then I was pressured into having radiation for breast cancer, even though, I wanted quality of life over quantity. Any cancer specialist should have known that with my background that I should only have had surgery. I also have PTSD, which the people closest to me caused by “trying to help me”. This is a tough one. If alternative therapies become available, like guided psilocybin, I would try that because I have done them before. If there is a mental connection, I would carefully seek treatment there as well. For my chronic IBS and other things, the mystery is still unsolved. I so hope you are able to figure this out and get rid of it. Be careful and pro-active.

Thanks.

The smart watch and anything proactive you can do are excellent suggestions. It is also so helpful to hear what others are sharing about their medical situation.
