Are you taking your tacrolimus with food or an empty stomach? I have done alot better taking tacrolimus on a empty stomach. In the morning I wait 1-1 1/2 hours after taking my morning dose. At night i quit eating 3 hrs. before taking my evening dose of tacrolimus. My blood level stays constant and take a lower dose than I did when I was taking my tacrolimus with food.
