Here's something to check out re: your "... can't sleep at all on my back at all. When I do and I relax, my jaw moves back and my mouth opens." It's called "Mouth Tape" and available on Amazon. Around $10-$15 for about 100 pieces. Good luck.

Even if I tape my mouth shut, I still can't sleep on my back. I can't fall asleep in that position and even if I manage it, I wake to find I have curled onto my side.
