@lala8153 Just wondering if you have any more information on what is going on? I also am experiencing internal vibrations for the past 3-4 weeks with no explanation. 44 years old so maybe perimenopause is a factor. I have some cervical spine issues which could be related but doctors can’t make the connection.

The only answer I got was that it could be due to perimenopause. The anxiety attacks and internal vibrations have stopped being a constant thank god. They haven’t fully gone away but they most definitely calmed down. Also just had a colonoscopy and endoscopy for my GI issues and everything oddly came back “clear and perfect” and that because I have these issues but no visible cause it might be something called “functional reflux”. The GI also said that I have severe inflammation and don’t know why. So Now I have 3 Drs My GI, My OBGYN and Primary care telling me they don’t know why or what’s causing it.
