Thanks! Are you sugar free I’ve cut back but not sugar free. It sounds like many on this site are Sugar and it plant based. Are you? Thank you so much for sharing.

Low sugar for many years because we prefer it, so if a recipe calls for one cup of sugar, I instead add a TBSP of honey and some vanilla (a sweetener). No artificial sweeteners. Also eat less meat than the average US diet. It doesn't take long to get used to low sugar and salt. I can be hard to find low sugar(s) and salt in stores/restaurants, but we cook a lot.
