Hello @orian11, Welcome to Connect. I don't remember my voice being affected when my PMR was active but other members have mentioned their voice being affected by PMR. @redboat and @zaa mentioned similar symptoms and may have some information or thoughts to share.

Have you discussed the new symptoms with your doctor or rheumatologist?

Thank you for getting back to me so promtly and I will be seeing my Doctor in a day or two just to be safe

I definitely had a weaker voice when I first started with hip and shoulder symptoms several months ago. Degree of weakness correlated with severity of other symptoms.
