This is my first time ever writing in a support group. I am a 44 year old cancer survivor and have had BMS for close to one year. It is unmanageable pain at times. It gets worse sometimes when I do a lot of exercise. I'm having a lot of trouble dealing with this chronic pain and and fed up and thankful that I am not alone. Ice chips help, gabapentin helps, a few drops of Tabasco in water as a mouthwash helps too. We need to hang in there...

My burning mouth turned out being reflux and Barrett’s. Reflux treatment with ppi and sucralfate liquid made my burning mouth so much better almost completely gone after 4 months treatment for reflux.
