How are you doing now? I was told today that I will be starting the same medicine for my ejection fraction being 40%.

My ejection fraction improved by quite a bit following my being prescribed Entresto. It went from 47 to 69 in the year from when I started it.
But there were two other factors during that period that may have contributed to the increase. I had an ablation in August that corrected a rapid heart rate (Tachycardia),and following that I started to exercise more regularly. Hope yours works effectively as well.
