Thank you. I definitely will give the cold press Olive Oil a try. I did mix Virgin olive oil with Tea Tree Oil and didn’t do much. Are you saying that cinnamon and kiwi helped or made it worse? And spicy food made it worse? I love spicy food. I just picked up today prescriptions from the dermatologist Clobetasol Propionate Shampoo Fluocinonide Topical Solution USP. Hopefully this will help. He also suggested to see a Neurologist. Also had blood drawn but not sure what he thought it may show, but waiting for the results. It is pretty crazy how these things just pop up. I was suffering from tingling in my legs and arms and that finally went away, and now this. Again thank you and everyone that share on this site. Certainly is helpful.

Hi @jjentges. Hopefully this will make sense as harder time typing etc🙃 Some of my symptoms definitely appear to be related to foods I eat now. Histamine levels are different in different foods and certain foods/spices can cause reactions. A low histamine diet with researching spices you use or are ingredients in things you eat my suggestion. Eating cinnamon, still need to test ceylon ok😛, or kiwi a couple of examples for my instant reactions🙃. I too love spicy food and managing to find alternatives with the help of mast cell 360 support group and keeping lists of only very low histamine items I can eat helps in creating meal options so I dont get discouraged. Also can be very confusing at first as some foods are also histamine liberators and online sources lists can contradict each other🙃 Hopefully your healthcare system can provide a nutritionist trained in this area for
you🤞 Hope this made sense🌈
