YES!!!!! OMG!!! So annoying and drives my massage therapist insane !! š I don't know what to do... no amount of PT or stretching seems to help, just ticks it off more....

Does massage help at all? I havenāt tried cause my skin gets sore to touch at times. Iām over all of it!! Feels like Iām living a nightmare!! I get scared thinking omg is this really fibromyalgia it hurts so bad and Iāve tried different meds nothing works itās sad. Thanks for your reply!!
