Hi @jjentages. Sorry you are experIencing such problems with scalp. I am going on 4 yrs of long covid with ever changing head to toe types of rash bumps/no rash bumps with no itching to severe itching. As others here have shared, my experience definitely also related to new covid created reactions of histamine/spice in food as I could eat anything before. Recent doctor visit validated my scalp/ hair loss issues due to covid and being very mindful of everything I eat appears to be helping. If your body can tolerate 100% cold pressed olive oil, I found putting a few drops in my hot water helped for the dryness and hair loss. Again as with everything else on this journey, took months to determine even for obvious items like kiwi or cinnamon so patience and persistence your friend🤞Now at least its not as constant and severe and my hair/scalp doing better. Hope this helpful and quickest healing journey to you🌈

Thank you. I definitely will give the cold press Olive Oil a try. I did mix Virgin olive oil with Tea Tree Oil and didn’t do much. Are you saying that cinnamon and kiwi helped or made it worse? And spicy food made it worse? I love spicy food. I just picked up today prescriptions from the dermatologist Clobetasol Propionate Shampoo Fluocinonide Topical Solution USP. Hopefully this will help. He also suggested to see a Neurologist. Also had blood drawn but not sure what he thought it may show, but waiting for the results. It is pretty crazy how these things just pop up. I was suffering from tingling in my legs and arms and that finally went away, and now this. Again thank you and everyone that share on this site. Certainly is helpful.
