I have been taking Areds 2 for about a year. I am taking one a day, which is what my eye doctor recommended. I have no problem with upset stomach . An issue that is bothering me is my extreme sensitivity to light: I can't stand being outside on a sunny day without sunglasses. When driving at night, it seems to me that every car has its high beams on. I am taking other medications that could be the culprit(s). Because It is an eye medication, I am wondering if Areds 2 could be the cause.

I'm also very sensitive to light but I was that way before taking Areds2. I am now wearing glasses with no glare and they're also transition lenses. I found that they have helped me both during the day and night. I do wear a visor if the sun is bright.

Google “sway test for food”……… this is a test my allergist taught me so I could test my fruit, etc to see if it was gluten free. I’ve used it for over 40 years and it’s usually pretty accurate. I still check food but I always check my supplements once a year. Just be sure your question can be answered with a yes or no. You can get very specific and test one supplement then check two supplements ask they causing the sensitivity to daylight. Good luck🌻
