Google “sway test for food”……… this is a test my allergist taught me so I could test my fruit, etc to see if it was gluten free. I’ve used it for over 40 years and it’s usually pretty accurate. I still check food but I always check my supplements once a year. Just be sure your question can be answered with a yes or no. You can get very specific and test one supplement then check two supplements ask they causing the sensitivity to daylight. Good luck🌻
I'm also very sensitive to light but I was that way before taking Areds2. I am now wearing glasses with no glare and they're also transition lenses. I found that they have helped me both during the day and night. I do wear a visor if the sun is bright.
