I had a Double Lung tx in May 2022, I am not sure what type of transplant you had. However, I was told by my team that digestive issues are common with lung tx's. My team referred me to a gastrologist that I see sometimes. They put me on some meds that help me with my issues. Discuss it with your tx team and ask if you should see a gastrologist.
