Renal cell carcinoma with sarcomatoid areas: Chances of recurrence?

My husband is having RCC WITH PAPILLARY ,CLEAR CELL AND SARCOMATOID ELEMENTS 15%.Tumour necrosis 30%.Histologic grade is G4.Stage classification is pT3a.We have started keytruda after nephrectemy.It is not metastisied.Ijust what to know the chances of reccurance.It is thankful if you give me a reply.

You may search for the nomograms like SSIGN, mayo clinic, Kaplan-Meier.. etc. They have some nomograms about recurrence probability of rcc. Wish and hope healthy days for all of us 🤲🙏

I am not a doctor, I am a partial nefrectomy surgery done patient as well.. Doctors will explain the best ways, treatments or clues for reducing recurrence. Healthy food, avoiding smoking and alcohol, doing exercises, drinking plenty of water everyday, and of course going on scans and check ups will do the best I think... Wish and hope healthy days for all of us 🤲🙏
